My Multi-Habit: The SSS

“First we make our habits, then our habits make us.”
 

During spare time, usually people have many habits. Don't you think of a nice article about your habits? SSS? Do you have any idea about this? It's a great habit, it can make you bored and lessen your happiness but full of knowledge. This habit best fit for me sometimes I gain more knowledge here rather than walking with friends  and make some bonding, I'm not discouraging people who can read this. My Multi-habit are STUDYING, SURFING THE INTERNET and SLEEPING, the most abundant habit of Human existence. I preferred doing this during my spare time. Sleep helps the brain commit new information to memory through a process called memory consolidation. In studies, people who’d slept after learning a task did better on tests later. Sleep loss may result in irritability, impatience, inability to concentrate, and moodiness. Too little sleep can also leave you too tired to do the things you like to do.The Internet changed our life enormously, there is no doubt about that. There are many advantages of the Internet that show you the importance of this new medium. What I want to say is that Internet changed our life in a positive way.
